We love chocolate, but not the refined sugar in it. For a long time, we searched for an alternative that tastes fantastic and combines genuine enjoyment with a clear conscience.
This is how Noirée came about. We use directly traded cocoa beans from the picturesque Kilombero Valley in Tanzania and process them with the utmost care in Switzerland.
