We love chocolate, but not the refined sugar in it. For a long time, we searched for an alternative that tastes fantastic and combines genuine enjoyment with a clear conscience.
This is how Noirée came about. We use directly traded cocoa beans from the picturesque Kilombero Valley in Tanzania and process them with the utmost care in Switzerland.
Our chocolate is sweetened exclusively with dates. This gives it a delicate caramel note and a full-bodied flavor. Experience pure, mindful enjoyment with every bite.
